This version contains changes to API for connection state listener. One of those changes allows connection state listener to access parameters of TLS-connections. Those changes break compatibility with v.0.5 so it can be necessary to fix your code during the update to RESTinio-0.6.0

External dependencies (like optional-lite and variant-lite libraries) are updated to fresh versions. RESTinio-0.6.0 now supports Asio-1.14 and fmtlib-6.0.0. The macro RESTINIO_VERSION has also been added.

Because all Mercurial-respositories will be removed from BitBucket in 2020 RESTinio is now hosted only on github. Old repository on BitBucket is no more used and all further development of RESTinio will around github-repository.
